We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

This is now my favourite and most recommended Thai massage in Birmingham. After my trusted therapist moved back to Thailand, I struggled to find the right place — until Faa. I’ve had two sessions and left both times genuinely rejuvenated. I suffer with lower back pain, sciatic issues and tight hips from long 12-hour shifts, and her deep tissue hot oil massage is strong, precise and truly therapeutic. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I have received a gift voucher at Suwan Thai Therapy and Beauty as a birthday present. I work from home on my phone all the time and I often have shoulder and back ache from tension. I went to have my massage with hope of alleviating ongoing pain and discomfort in my upper back. This was the first time I had Thai massage, although I have regular massages quite often. I had hot oil and foot massage. It was lovely and atmosphere qas relaxing. Although massage was a little painful itself, but the effects next day are great and the pain is gone.

I had the Thai Oil Massage for 90 mins and it was amazing. I’ve been dealing with a lot of pain in my shoulders, back and neck. Piyarat really focused on those areas and I could feel all the knots and tension when being massaged. It was intense but also relaxing. Will definitely be going again.
