Had such a great time! As someone with fibromyalgia I am constantly in pain and have tense muscles, getting a deep tissue massage helped me release so much tension and it was just an overall welcoming, comfortable, and calming experience. Ana is a human angel who is excellent at massage therapy. Her deep tissue massage is the best I have ever had at working to get knots out of my back. I have scoliosis and Ana helps reduce the amount of pain I have. My dad has also come to her and found her to be the best in town too.

This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. I am returning in another week to continue the routine of keeping my body relaxed and relieved. I am scheduling an appointment for my husband and our daughter.

Great experience and massage. Yerma did an amazing job and really helped me with my back pain I was having. I’ve had many massages, I used to get them monthly and this is one of the better ones I’ve ever had. I love the hot towels as a relaxing touch.

Went back in today for a Swedish massage and cupping instead of a deep tissue massage and i hold a lot of tension in my body and this was the first time I felt deep relief, Yerma did a great job, she was very attentive to what pressure was best for me since im very very sensitive in some areas and other not so much, i cant wait to go back for more!
