This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. Ana is very knowledgeable! This was my second visit. I had muscle pain on my shoulders and she found the root problem. I can feel all the knots she released. She warns you that muscles will be sore the next day but after that my pain was gone! I’ll be doing monthly visits just for self care.

Amazing! Best massage I’ve gotten so far. I was so relaxed that I had to keep making sure my limbs were still in their socket. I went in for trigger point therapy and was in excruciating pain before. She freed things right up and I feel 90% better.
