The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming and clean, which made the whole experience even better. I appreciated how efficient the service was without feeling rushed. I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

After struggling to find a place that could handle my hair type (and length), this team exceeded all expectations. It’s hard to find someone who truly understands afro hair with such professionalism and quality. The staff are warm, welcoming, and skilled, making the experience even better.
