The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Joseline was professional and extremely talented . The massage was excellent, with perfectly balanced pressure and slow, relaxing movements. She made sure to sanitize her hands throughout the session and again before the head massage, which I really appreciated. She was also quiet, polite, and highly respectful throughout the entire experience. Totally happy with the service received. Booked for only pedicure gel and then ended up requesting for manicure and threading. The Salon accommodate our additional service requests with no hesitation and rearranged their schedule for us. The morrocan bath was a wonderful and relaxing experience. My skin feels so smooth afterwards. The pedicure was great as well. The facilities are amazing and puts you in a luxury space. Would definitely recommend.

The person who assisted me with a massage and medicure pedicure was Ibrahim, he removed the pain in my body, fingertips, and feet, while being kind gentle and thoughtful making the experience more wonderful and enjoyable, the spa gives luxurious and lowkey vibes recommend it for everyone who lives or are visiting Riyadh it’s a must go. A truly well rounded, amazing experience at Lou Beauty Lounge. From the environment to the service provided to the lovely staff, everything seamlessly integrated into a peaceful relaxing experience, I’m craving again!! The service was very meticulous and well done. I got the best manicure pedicure of my life!! The music was not too loud, the temperature was just right and everyone was accommodating, friendly and positive vibes all around!!!! The receptionist was a sweetheart!
