I had a lovely relaxing pedicure and nail polish with Chelsea today. She was warm and friendly but also professional in her approach. I had stupidly worn trainers but she helped me manage an open toe solution so my nail polish wasn't damaged

Absolutely amazing experience every time. What I love most is how personalised every treatment is — Emily always tailors the facials or massage treatments based on how I’m feeling and how my skin or body is reacting that day. The facials leave my skin glowing, and the massages are incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best results for her clients. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looked after. Fantastic facial and back massage with Emily yesterday. My skin looks so clean, clear and fresh. The products were lovely and felt so soothing on my skin. This is the second facial I’ve had with Emily and I’ll definitely be back for more. The back massage was great too! Just the right amount of pressure and Emily found the knots in my shoulders quickly and worked effectively to release the tension. I will definitely be booking a follow up session when I’m next in Birmingham. Thanks Emily!
