Amazing experience! Will for sure come back ! The salon is wonderfully decorated 🩷 the team is attentive to you needs and very professional! Fiona was fun to talk to and she did an amazing job with my pedicure even though I have tiny nails it looks great!! And the massage ! 😍 I needed that ! Thank you!! I rarely write review but It was worth it ! Oh and they were complentary drinks!! Choices like mimosa, ice, tea, Chai latte wow ! Such a lovely concept! 🥰 Thank you !

Pedicure with Linda is extraordinary. She is a real professional, able to work on and around ingrown toenails, and have my feet looking their best. And she gives a great relaxing massage - feels like a spa experience!

This was my 4th or 5th time with Fiona. She always goes above and beyond with her pedicure service! She is not afraid of proposing gorgeous ideas, colours or designs that always turn out great. Her skill level is very high and her personality is so charming! I look forward to going back every time. Also, the salon is gorgeous, the music is always good and I love the complimentary drink. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Nikki as usual did a e job - pedicure and fixed a broken nail as I’m leaving on holidays tomorrow. Nit crazy about your new pedicure set up. Def not as good as before. Will still cone to you for my fingers but will go elsewhere for pedicure. Sorry.

Beautiful space and all the staff are friendly, both my husband and I were pleased with our pedicures. My reason for 4 stars is due to the wait time which was way too long. Our appointment was for 4:40pm and we were seated at 5:35pm. The place was busy yes, however some folks have plans and places to be.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a fun atmosphere.

Omg! The best salon in ottawa. I went in and they were so nice and so friendly. Cloe was very patient and focussed a lot on details. I loved my nails and this was the first time I went in and I would come back for sure!

Megan was an absolute dream! The level of hospitality was impeccable. The precision and attention to detail she provided with these nails was unmatched. I've tried a handful of nail salons in Ottawa and I can confidently say that La Crystal Studio and specifically Megan is the best! Other nail techs at the studio such as Ghazal was an absolute dream to be taken care of as well. With optimal service from Megan, and the comforting atmosphere herself and Ghazal provided, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend the both of them!
