This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

I really enjoyed my Gel Nails and Queen Pedi with Brenda, she did a wonderful job of my french mani. I love visiting BOA for my nails. However, I think BOA needs to invest in more exciting nail varnish colours, if you look at Sorbet's nail varnish, they have a much larger selection. I also think BOA should sell nail polish.

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Then, on 7 June, two more nails on the same hand broke and I had to pay again for repairs. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this set. And the fact that the 4th nail is about

Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.
