As always the service I received from Tanaka was 5 star. However I am only giving 4 stars as the salon infrastructure has deteriorated in the 4 years that I have been going there. Peeling paint on walls and doors, broken light fixtures, etc. Moving the furniture around in the mani/pedi area has just made it feel as if you are in the process of moving out. Salon was painted in the last 2 months because of leaks etc, but that was like putting lipstick on a pig because the underlying damage was not addressed. I used to recommend the salon to my friends because of how snazzy it was, but no more.
