My experience was great. The time required for the appointment was grossly underestimated when booking. I am thrilled with the outcome of my colour, but because it took longer than expected, I couldn’t do a treatment and a cut which would have made all the difference

I had an incredible experience at Be - Dazzle today! I went in for a wash, colour, treatment, and blow-dry, and my hairdresser, Rene, was absolutely fantastic. Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Such a lovely experience with Claudine .was treated to a hot cup of coffee while having my nails done ❤️and so happy with my nails had a manicure done with halaal certified 786 nail polish.

Always friendly, best advice ,took my daughter for keratin and I had blow-dry after last week colour and keratin, was waiting for my daughter as I was done but I was still checked on offered coffee, one stop shop full body, thank you
