Best nail salon in Alexandria!! Be sure to make an appointment. They’re always on time and do a very thorough and meticulous mani/pedi that lasts for weeks. Very clean, great massage chairs, and as the name says, Cozy atmosphere. Checks all the boxes!

I splurged for the Ultimate Cozy Spa pedicure and it did not disappoint. My nail technician took her time, gave the most incredible leg and foot massage, and the polish turned out great. The hot towel wraps, hot stone massage, and collagen wrap were just icing on the cake.

My first time here was great! A previous nail salon had messed up my toe nails and Mara did an amazing job restoring them. My manicure and pedicure were very nice and neat just how I like them. Will definitely be back!

The salon is very pretty and clean, and my nails came out looking really nice. The only thing I was not very impressed with is the customer service. No one said hi or smiled at all, especially the front desk girl.. the nail tech never spoke to me, until the end when she recommended I do builder gel more often for my damaged nails. it all felt very transactional and not friendly. I would come back for the quality of the nails but it would be nice to feel welcomed too.

My technician was not necessarily super friendly, but hey, they also can have stressful days. She did an exceptional job on my difficult super dry cuticles and overall, I was very happy. And this is the only place in Alexandria they do the Russian quality manicure. Will be coming again!

My nail technician was very detail-oriented; she take the time to ensure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was applied flawlessly. The tools are always clean, and the entire service felt hygienic and relaxing. I especially appreciated that she listens to exactly what I want and deliverers results that exceeded my expectations.

Really great service. I got the signature pedi and the Dazzle Dry Mani and both services were absolutely excellent. Jenni was my nail tech and immediately offered me a complimentary drink (I chose the hot tea which was excellent). During my Mani there was a bubble in the polish, with dazzle dry unfortunately you have to redo the whole nail to fix it, didn’t even seem like a hassle for her! I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience with my manicure and pedicure! The staff was kind and professional, and the whole process felt luxurious from start to finish. My nails are perfectly shaped, and the polish is smooth and shiny. My feet have never felt this soft. Definitely one of the best nail treatments I’ve had!
