I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

She inspected them from all sides multiple times to ensure that all nails have natural curve and that they are not too thick or anything! She was incredible and I'm very happy with service received.

This was my first time at Lux Nail Salon and I had such a great experience. Mike was incredibly kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and collagen pedicure. I’m usually very picky with my nails, but he absolutely did not disappoint. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. From the moment you walk into the salon to the time you leave, everything feels relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Mike!

Her technique was perfect—she applied just the right amount of pressure and made me feel completely relaxed. It was clear she’s very skilled and passionate about what she does.
