Eleanor was really lovely and talked me through the procedure clearly. The treatment itself was great. Having had different types of microneedling before, I had expected some discomfort but it was pain-free and felt like a treatment, as opposed to a procedure. My experience at Meicha’s clinic was superb from start to finish. Lucy, who runs the online correspondence, was very knowledgeable and helpful about my appointment. On arrival, the clinic room was beautiful, calm and relaxing and Meicha herself was very warm and welcoming. Having never had microneedling before, she was attentive to explain the process in detail and also check in with me during the process. After, I enjoyed the refreshing face mask massage and LED therapy too! I cannot wait to see the results in a few weeks time ready for my wedding! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Vicky’s facials. Mine involved microblading, microneedling and a soothing mask with cool globes to improve lymph drainage. Her facial massage technique is super-relaxing and adds to the whole pampering treatment. She’s also lovely to chat to too!

Tried a microneedling facial for the first time and really enjoyed it. I was reassured throughout the process as it was a bit of unknown, my therapist checked I was comfortable too. It was a funny feeling, made me giggle actually - more of an active facial than a wholly relaxing one. But felt good to give my 40 year old hormonal skin some love! Fab aftercare advice. I’ll be booking the course for sure.
