Had my first microneedling session at the Garden Sanctuary and it went so well! Can't believe I’m finally at a stage where my skin barrier can handle this — my face used to be extremely reactive before I started seeing Helen. Helen was so lovely throughout the appointment, explained everything clearly, and gave me a really helpful care plan for the next few days so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards. The session itself was great, with almost no pain, and the redness afterwards was much better than I expected. I’d definitely recommend it and will be booking again! 🌟

Amazing experience and outcome! Having no idea what shape and colour to go for Alex helped me with both and I am now in love with my eyebrows! Mixture of powder brows and micro-blading has given me a fabulous looking set of eyebrows that compliment the shape of my face. I can’t wait to see them heal and settle.

Alex was very reassuring throughout and worked at my pace - she also gave me a little time when the needle got a bit much! She did a fantastic job of my eyeliner on my first session and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!!

Going away on a big holiday so went to Helen for a pedicure, back and neck massage and a facial. Always such a treat in a hectic world to have that 'me' time, very professional yet friendly, beautiful products and Helen has a wealth of beauty knowledge and advice to share. Her salon is comfortable and intimate and she does everything to make sure you have a great experience. Do give Garden Sanctuary a try, you won't regret it.

Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!
