Ana gave lots of information which was very useful and I have booked a treatment as a result. Thank you One small thing the skin face scanner is in the middle of the shop which is a little strange. Plus the skin consultation was standing up in a room. Would have been a nicer experience if the face scanner was in a room where you could then sit down comfortably and have a chat about what treatments are recommended.

I can't recommend Kyla enough. She's been amazing on helping me on my journey not only with fat freezing but also microneedling and radiofrequency. I had booked to see Louise at the Illusion Laser Clinic for my 1st session of my microneedling appointments. Louise was so welcoming & friendly, and put me at ease immediately. She was extremely professional, explaining everything she was about to do for the procedure, very reassuring! I have also seen Reece in this clinic for a laser test to remove my tattoo. He was also very professional & I would not hesitate to book an appointment at this clinic which was beautifully decorated and very clean. I had to change my appointment & the receptionist was so helpful to accommodate this. Thank you!
