Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

I've been going to see Beth regularly since my tummy tuck and it's been such a pleasure she is the most lovely and welcoming woman that puts you at ease straight away and can help you by offering advice for any concerns you might have. Went to see Nat for a 70 minute body massage . The service from Nat was exceptional, she sorted out the few aches and pains I went in with and also found some new ones as well. Came out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed and would highly recommend Natalie. Writing this review the next day and feel a completely different person.

I won a lymphatic drainage massage from Kim on one of her competitions online. I had not had anything like this before so was not sure what to expect however Kim took the time prior to the appointment to explain how to prepare and what it entails and was very knowledgeable on the science behind it. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the hour with her and again took time to explain the after care. The results are absolutely incredible and better than I’d have ever imagined, I can’t wait for my next one!
