I always love my appointments, every time I am reminded just how good massage and lymphatic drainage is for your body. It was a very hot day but that wasn’t an issue as the room had been pre cooled ready for my arrival and Ellie made sure I was a comfortable temperature throughout. Ellie answered my last minute panicked enquiry following surgery I had. Ellie worked on my lymphatic system, after a week of suffering from a procedure, the treatment helped me sleep for the first time. The swelling reduced almost immediately much relief! Ellie is really kind and explains everything really well, helping to make sense of what I needed to recover and helped me do it. A lovely warm and comfortable treatment room and fairly priced. Áine is an absolute god send! She has shown such compassion, understanding and kindness while I have been navigating recovery post surgery. I had some concerns before my appointment but she answered them very quickly and put me at ease. From the first session, she was very calming and handled my anxiety brilliantly. The massage was perfect as she constantly checks in to make sure it's not too much pressure. I can't recommend Áine enough

I had a very relaxing massage and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Ellie picked up on where I was holding tension and worked carefully through the knots in my back and shoulders. The pressure and pace were well great, and I felt comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling lighter, with much less tightness, and my back has been feeling a lot better since. I’d definitely return for another session.

I was very happy with my visit to R2R this morning. Josh was professional and knowledgeable, with a practical, pragmatic and friendly approach. Following an initial discussion, then through a variety of exercises and observations, he established where I had challenges and the next steps. It was a 'working together' approach and Josh checked to ensure my understanding. I would thoroughly recommended R2R to friends - obviously I now need to do my homework to help my recovery! Finally, the ease of making an appointment using the online booking system is worth noting!
