During my visit, I opted for the cupping and lymphatic drainage treatments, and the results were nothing short of fantastic. I left feeling rejuvenated.

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!

Hi , just like to say thank you both myself and my husband had lymphatic drainage treatment, it was very relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards.

OMG amazing. I stepped out of the tank and all my aches and pains were no longer there and it felt so good. It was so exhilarating and when I got back to work I was on such a high and raved to everyone in the office how good I felt so I have booked another session. I would highly recommend this therapy.

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

I had some tension in my back, as I train regularly. I feel so much better now. My shoulders are looser and I feel like I have more movement in them, as well as my hips. I have rebooked for a follow up. I'll be back in my peak very soon, I feel it
