The staff are professional, warm and attentive. The standard of treatment is excellent. I was advised on expectations of results and guided to the most effective treatment for me and my concerns. I was thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice and products post procedure. They will never carry out a procedure that is not for you and offer an alternative. It’s important to listen to them, they know what they’re doing.

Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. My hydrofacial was amazing and so relaxing and my Botox was done so well. Kate is so welcoming and caring. I’m not very good with needles and usually faint, but Kate made sure to keep my comfortable and safe which meant I didn’t faint. Her space is beautiful and well thought out which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Kate, I’ll be back soon!

Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!
