The staff are professional, warm and attentive. The standard of treatment is excellent. I was advised on expectations of results and guided to the most effective treatment for me and my concerns. I was thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice and products post procedure. They will never carry out a procedure that is not for you and offer an alternative. It’s important to listen to them, they know what they’re doing.

I had my top up for my eyebrows and the results. are absolutely stunning. Eve was so professional, kind, and clearly very talented. What impressed me most is how natural my brows look—perfectly shaped and beautifully blended to suit my face. The whole experience was calm and reassuring, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client!
