I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

I had LED light therapy treatment with Michelle and it’s was just the most wonderful experience. Michelle is so knowledgable and passionate about what she does and made me feel completely at ease and like I was in the very best of hands concerning my skin complaints, I am excited to see the results from my journey with Michelle and so glad I found her.

Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! I booked a Labubu pamper session for my two girls as a birthday treat. It was our first time visiting Gigi Vi so I didn't know what to expect but it was absolutely amazing. The staff looking after the girls were so lovely and kind. My youngest can sometimes be a little shy when meeting new people but she was very happily chatting away. My girls are already planning their next visit 😀

I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! Very pleased with my first experience of having moles removed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Shannon made me feel completely relaxed. Will be returning soon for the removal of skin tags. Thoroughly recommend Flow Aesthetics, Plymouth.

Had the Relaxation package this morning and highly recommend it. It included LED Phototherapy facial, my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth and also Pressotherapy, my body feels so much looser, I was a bit sceptical about this but I shouldn't have been, its a great treatment x
