I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

I absolutely love coming to gigs vi beauty, from the moment you walk into the door, everyone is so happy, cheerful and welcoming. I was led to the beauty room, Sophie offered to take my stuff for me, made sure I was okay and explained everything I needed to do. I set myself up, Sophie came back in made sure I was comfortable, adjusted myself until I said I was comfortable then we started the Japanese head spa alongside the asmr! What an experience that was. I was relaxed, felt refreshed and even lighter. Thank you so much! I highly recommend to anyone. Definitely get yourself booked in! Thanks

Cathy and Shannon are always welcoming. They are so friendly and knowledgeable they make you feel completely at ease. Had a 3 in 1 treatment today booked by the lovely laura .pedicure, dermaplaining and brow tint with carra.,carra is amazing and made me feel on top of the world , made me feel so chilled and relaxed ,i fell asleep on the sofa and just woke up .would definalty highly recommend this place.it really is a gem

We were absolutely delighted with the mini pamper session for my daughter today. The salon is a lovely, comfortable environment and we were so impressed with how patient, calm and understanding the therapist was. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was mainly good except I think it needs to be clearer upon booking that the Japanese head spa treatment for 2 is one after the other. Upon booking I was only given one time for arrival (12) and as I booked it under the "treatment for 2" I thought it was together or at least at the same time. The facial during the treatment was amazing, and I told the lady this. My skin felt very soft after. My hair also smells amazing. The halo water design was very relaxing. Both myself and my mum found the harder scalp brush to be too painful and pulled at our hair however. Still enjoyable experience
