I was so lost with my skin before Grace. I’m nearly 30 and have always struggled with breakouts and annoying little skin issues and not known how to resolve them. I previously had a skin advice consultation with Grace, which was SO valuable, and I knew then that I wanted to treat myself to Grace’s facials. And it absolutely is the best treat ever. A lovely experience every time - I come away glowing and feeling like I know more about my skin than ever. Grace is super professional, knowledgeable and talented, and also extremely warm and friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely obsessed with my brows & lash lift! It was my first time going to Nadette & I’m now gonna be a fully fledged regular! The place is gorgeous, so cute & cosy, plus the location is spot on. Every appointment with Grace is a treat (this was my third facial), and her beautiful dedicated skincare studio has elevated things to a new level. I had the Level 2 facial on this occasion and it was such a relaxing, indulgent experience. I always take before & after photos which speak for themselves but I also left feeling amazing! What sets Hands apart is the technical, expert nature of Grace’s treatments. As well as feeling pampered, the treatments and products used are really tailored for your skin type and improving your skin concerns. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!

From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life). I Have a cool peel facial every month with Erika. Also have been using Environ products for 2 1/2 years. Would highly recommend a consultation as everyone’s skin needs are different. Erika is very knowledgeable and will help you find the products which will meet your goals. I have learnt so much about my skin in the last few years.
