A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Gisele and Cassie were amazing. The way that they invest time and effort to teach, explain, and make recommendations to properly care for your hair sets them above other salons and stylists. I have been Cassia and Jessica's client for years now ! The only place I go to get my hair done here in London. My recent appointment was the Brazilian knot extension. All I can say is they both show a huge expert level of consultation. To add the quality of the extensions used were of exceptional quality. They blended seamlessly with my natural hair, and the texture and colour match were spot on. Incredible level of skill and precision during the installation process. The extensions were attached securely, love this team and can't thank them enough ! Highly recommend !

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Olivia is hands down the best spray tanner in London. She is incredibly flexible and accommodating, making the whole experience so convenient. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail and ensures every tan is perfect, natural and tailored to you. What I love most is that she remembers feedback from previous appointments, keeps notes and genuinely cares about getting it right. I always feel looked after. Olivia is also so warm and friendly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tan and recommend her without hesitation.

Best massage in London! Have been going for over 4 years and consistently very good. Extremely clean and pleasant premises and really good service.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

I recommend getting your facial treatments in this little hidden gem 💎 in central London. From Ana’s warm welcoming to Anastasia’s Facialist expert, caring and listening to what my skin needs with very efficient treatments, it’s been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
