Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere.
