Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere. Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. Cannot thank you enough for bringing life back to my skin and cannot wait for my next apt.
