Cara was lovely and really put me at ease. Her advice and knowledge on how to look after my piercings was really helpful, I never had someone take so care to explain why I’ve had issues previously. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Would absolutely recommend Kay for any piercing. Had my belly button pierced and she did an amazing job of positoning it to cover over the old piercing pre pregnancy She was so gentle and I've never had a piercing heal so well or so quickly

I had my helix pierced today by Kay. She was really very nice and helpful choosing the jewellery and the right spot on my ear. Also very professional with the procedure and aftercare advice. It was quick, my ear didn't even bleed and after an hour or so I didn't even feel much pain or discomfort. I am very happy with my experience, thank you Kay. Eva

Cara was amazing with my very nervous daughter who came in to have her ears pierced today. She put her at ease and explained every step so she felt more comfortable throughout the piercing. My daughter left very happy so thankyou!

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

I was very pleased with the professional way Beth pierced my ears and the aftercare I received. This took three visits and each tine Beth was cheerful and although my visits were short Beth took the time to engage with me. A very happy customer.

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.

Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

Had a back facial at Kaycie Kyle today. I love the salon decor and the staff are extremely welcoming and professional. It felt like a real pamper. I didn’t have my nails done today but they have an incredible range of nail services and sell nice jewellery and perfume. I will be back soon.

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes.
