Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. See you in April 2022 for Manchester Marathon round 2 😁 thank you!

I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Will definitely be booking again.

Ken was fantastic. He explained everything before the session begun so I knew what to expect. He even went in to explain about my muscle tightness and ways of stretching to relieve those areas. He is personable, professional and a very good masseuse. I've already booked in another couples massage for my husband to and I. 10/10 recommend!

I really enjoyed my massage, she was professional and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and inviting and I would definitely recommend this service. First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.

I saw she had an angel number necklace on, but I swear she was the angel. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to me. She let me pick the oils. The pressure was just right. I have adhd and normally spend the entire massag over thinking, but this one I just switched off. Amazing. Thank you so much xx
