More progress!! 2nd visit for me and Paige suggested some slight variations to help…..she really knows her stuff guys! Cupping with red light feels great! I’ve been following the stretching programme, and can now really start to see the benefit in my ROM/form in the gym, even after such a short period of time. I got told off for not drinking enough water, so going to focus on that now…..I’m making no promises!! Haha. But all joking aside, she took the time to explain in detail why it’s so important if I want to get the most from our sessions. Get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!!

From arriving today I was put at ease, the lady that welcomed me was absolutely lovely and then when the lady that did the treatment arrived, I was put at ease so quickly! Thank you for such an amazing experience! Highly reccomend this place ill be back next month without a doubt!

I booked in with Paige to receive acupuncture to help my fertility. I was going through ivf & after looking into it thought it would be worth a shot. I recently visited this salon and I HIGHLY recommend it. I got my hair done and the stylist took the time to listen to my preferences and offered suggestions based on my hair type and face shape as well as taking the time to cut my hair precisely. The hair treatment really helped as my hair has never felt so smooth and honestly I feel so confident and happy. I also got a facial which left my skin so SMOOTH and hydrated.

2 and half months I have been going and recently increased to once a week and what a difference this is making to my recovery( sports massage , cupping and red therapy) ..Paige knowledge is amazing and totally change the way I think about rest and recovery thank you

I had deep conditioning treatment here today by Sabrina and she went over and beyond, my hair was dry and quite damaged from bleaching, Sabrina did such a amazing job and I left the salon with my hair looking soo healthy!! I received a vitamin D injection and a Myer’s IV, and the experience was great. The girls were friendly, and the facility was clean and well-maintained.

Amazing session as always. I can now come every 5-6 weeks instead of 4 as the lower back pain I’ve suffered from for years has is finally being kept at bay for longer with these maintenance sessions. Paige is great and explains everything throughout.

1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . I had a hair cut, wash and the conditioning treatment. The professionalism, welcoming atmosphere and amazing results is what made this experience exceptional. I love my new hair! The stylist really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.
