I recently had a deep tissue therapy session at Na Thai Therapy, and it was an exceptional experience. The therapist was incredibly skilled, using the perfect amount of pressure to target my problem areas while ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the session. My massage therapist was Fa, she was phenomenal, this was a birthday treat & it was EVERYTHING + more, I HIGHLY recommend getting the Hot oil Relax and Deep tissue with stretching ( Firm pressure) to top things off the establishment is very tranquil & everyone was very welcoming, Thank you Na Thai Therapy!

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.
