I first went to Lauren last week for lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment, safe to say i booked to go again as soon as I got home! My second appointment was today for another lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment as well as dry cupping and sports massage…. Just amazing! She truly is like a magician for the body!! I am just about to book again but adding assisted stretching to the list! Aside from her amazing work Lauren is genuinely lovely and caring for one’s needs, so knowledgeable too, so trust me when I say you’re in safe hands with her! Get booking!

Lauren is very professional. The ambience in the room was perfect, super soft warm towels, great massage pressure. A glass of water was offered. Free parking = bonus. Highly recommend.

Wow oh wow .. my first time in having a full body stretch and to be honest I was slightly nervous however Lauren is so professional and super friendly she makes everything feel at ease and I am so pleased I had this done .. Its a must for all ages. I feel so much better and have so much more movement. I am so surprised at the outcome and results- I can’t wait until my next session.. I recently had a sports massage combined with cupping therapy on my lower back, and the experience was fantastic. I saw Lauren today for a different treatment, which was dry cupping.
