Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! I first went to Lauren last week for lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment, safe to say i booked to go again as soon as I got home! My second appointment was today for another lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment as well as dry cupping and sports massage…. Just amazing! She truly is like a magician for the body!! I am just about to book again but adding assisted stretching to the list! Aside from her amazing work Lauren is genuinely lovely and caring for one’s needs, so knowledgeable too, so trust me when I say you’re in safe hands with her! Get booking!

Lauren is always amazing. We changed my booked lymphatic and body contouring to lymphatic and sports massage as I was really achey from having a cold/cough ……… it was no problem for Lauren and I came away feeling much more relaxed and much less achey! Result👍🏻

I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

Fabulous! Lauren is so lovely and friendly and a very good masseur. I had a half hour sports massage which was great, she’s been treating my glutes as I get sciatica, this is a bit painful but the results are brilliant. I’m also on the second stage, so half an hour of Lymphatic Drainage, which is very relaxing and also showing great straits. I’m feeling better overall too.

First Sports Massage - seems to have done the job!

I was lucky to win a voucher for a 60-minute massage with Sarah. She was friendly and welcoming, and the treatment was super relaxing, she worked on certain pressure points which really helped - so much so, I will be looking to book another session in the future. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and provided a great conversation too! Highly recommend!

Claire really worked hard on the areas that needed it! It was my second appointment & I’m very pleased with my sports massage. Claire is attentive & checks I’m okay. I feel very relaxed & comfortable.

As always great gets rid of the aches and pain that build between visits but a great sports massage makes the difference
