Zen is incredible! Each time I have had a session with him, although there is a fair bit of pain involved, I feel results. When I first came to Zen I had issues with my hips which led to ankle and foot problems and I had so much foot pain. He helped me walk correctly and get my mobility back. Although I have moved away from the Gold Coast, when I come to visit I make time to have a session because it does me good and I feel renewed and flexible again. The new space is great too! I can’t recommend myofascial release massage with Zen enough!
