Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

Just want to give a massive shoutout to London road clinic and it's amazing leadership team and staff. The leadership team of Lydia and Andy are azimg and care about what they do.I am shortly to have a knee replacement end Andy has noting had a knee replacement and has been very supportive with advice.Today whilst there having treatment Lydia ce to see me together they had both purchased an Aircast cryo/cast cold therapy system to aid with my rehabilitation after as this had helped Andy .Could everyone please support this amazing business as their humanity and kindness is second to none

I had an amazing experience with Pippa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space is beautifully clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. My aesthetician was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment to suit my needs.

Another lovely treatment and experience with Laura. She's so dedicated to improving my skin and provides skin care recommendations including products. I also enquired with Laura about the food allergy tests that she offers, but instead of jumping at the chance to take my money she told me to approach my doctors first. I did and have since been given a blood test. Thank you for much for your honesty, loyalty and trust – it's very rare to come across someone so genuine nowadays and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone!
