Lovely inviting space with a really nice relaxing vibe.The treatments are very good and up to date on trend and really good.I had a hypu facial,the face lift without any kind of surgical process Rachel is so professional and talked through each stage of the treatment,and although a little uncomfortable its (nothing other than feelings of having a day in the sunshine, on the beach) happy with the services offered at the salon,clean warm friendly space that is relaxed and makes me feel pampered.I can't wait for my next treatments.

Michael was really welcoming, and did an in-depth consultation about my skin concerns/hopes. He explained the treatment beforehand and as the facial went along, checking that I was comfortable throughout. The products used felt lovely, with gorgeous, natural aromas. A lovely, calming atmosphere. Visible results; looking forward to rebooking.

Natasha is amazing, I’ve got complex skin with many different things going on including acne, pigmentation and broken veins. Natasha did the most wonderful bespoke treatment including peels and laser to address all of my concerns, the treatment was so thorough and mindfully thought out and done. Best experience I’ve ever had with a medical facial, and I have had lots over the years. If you are struggling with your skin she is the lady to see! Looking forward to my next visit.

My first facial with Sophie. As I entered the clinic I was wowed at the crisp clean lines to the reception area, it was pristine and very welcoming. Sophie, the owner greeted me and took me upstairs to the treatment room, where she asked various skin related questions to ascertain what I was looking for, as her facials are all bespoke. Sophie then started to work her magic. She did explain each step but I relaxed and left her to it. I would thoroughly recommend her, she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Sophie 💜

I met Sarah yesterday for a consultation with my teenage son to control his acne breakouts. The clinic is very charming and cosy . We were greeted by her husband who is the dr for the clinic- friendly and very polite. Sarah was great , very professional and lovely . My son had an aqua facial - which he loved - she explained every step to him throughout the process and also gave us plenty of information about skin treatment and products . I couldn’t fault our experience and for sure will be a returning client . Thank you Flux clinic .

I recently had a dermaplaning facial, and it was honestly one of the best skincare treatments I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, everything felt incredibly professional, relaxing, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment itself was gentle yet so effective — I could instantly feel the difference. First time visit to Incognito Aesthetics. I booked an initial consultation, Louise and Ginny were great, they took their time to discuss the various treatments and answered questions as I have no idea and am on the wrong side of 55! I had a lovely HiFu, micro-needling and skin booster session; my skin is already showing the benefits. Highly recommend, the whole experience was relaxing, they have immaculate treatment rooms, in a lovely private setting, with ample parking.

Another fantastic treatment by the lovely Lin . Had a lift & sculpt facial using her tropics skin collection,Smells amazing. Totally relaxing, so much care & consideration goes into her treatments from the moment you arrive. The senses are treated to an assortment of , steam , cold globes , gentle massage , plus a heated bed . This is definitely one of my favourites but to be honest only just as every treatment I’ve had has been wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit .

What a fabulous microdermabrasion facial with Jess ! My skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated! It was so relaxing to enjoy an hour of pampering ! It’s called red carpet facial and you definitely get red carpet treatment with the lovely Kim. Kim is the most professional and welcoming therapist, she has some wonderful unique treatments not found on the high street and she explains each step along the way.

Today under eye skin booster treatment was with Gemma, she was welcoming and professional. Numbing cream was applied prior to treatment & I had no pain or discomfort during or after the treatment. I chose this salon due it's social media presence, it's Branding and professional look and I'd admired Christina's transformation and glowing skin for some time. I was fortunate to be able take part in a special offer but now looking into their wrinkle relaxing membership for anti-wrinkle injections 4 times a year. Definitely interested in other treatments too.
