Where do I start. I've been coming to Gail for 8 years now, and I had never tried the 3 hour luxury package! Thanks to Gail's loyalty scheme I have just done this. It was the most luxurious spa package I've ever had from the tailored facial, the head neck and shoulder massage, hand and arm massage, led light treatment and a mini foot spa all rolled I to one with some crystal therapy too. I felt like I was walking on air when I left. This will be a twice yearly treat for me from now on. I would highly recommend Gail's treatments to all my friends and family, why would I go anywhere else x

Great facials and brow service from Tia Everything was very relaxing and she made me feel at ease. Very happy with the bespoke facial, dermaplaning was definitely a great advice and my skin feels new and refreshed. I trusted her with my brows as well, and they were perfectly waxed and shaped! I had the Decaar Breath of Life facial with Kate and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish it was deeply relaxing, soothing, and such a treat for the senses — the products smell amazing and feel so luxurious on the skin. Kate is truly exceptional at what she does: calm, knowledgeable, and so attentive. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely unwound. I can’t recommend this treatment, or Kate, highly enough.

Lovely inviting space with a really nice relaxing vibe.The treatments are very good and up to date on trend and really good.I had a hypu facial,the face lift without any kind of surgical process Rachel is so professional and talked through each stage of the treatment,and although a little uncomfortable its (nothing other than feelings of having a day in the sunshine, on the beach) happy with the services offered at the salon,clean warm friendly space that is relaxed and makes me feel pampered.I can't wait for my next treatments.

I recently had a facial with Rebecca and it was such a wonderful experience! She was incredibly personable and friendly, she took the time to really understand my skin concerns. She was so gentle and calming throughout the treatment, and I felt completely at ease in her care. The space itself is beautiful and so peaceful. I had the Bio RePeal facial which included cleanse, exfoliate, hyaluronic sheet mask and face, neck and shoulder massage. Ice globes toned and tightened pores. The difference in the appearance of my skin after the treatment was noticeable; my skin looked fresher, refined and plumper and it was a lovely relaxing experience.

What a fantastic service! Sarah spent time looking at my skin and asking about my history and what I wanted to achieve from the facial. She then tailor-made the most amazing session and my skin is glowing a feels wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about the products and techniques she uses. I am so impressed with my micro needling facial from Soph at The Skin Affair! From start to finish Soph was so thorough and I feel like I’ve gotten so much out of it, from the cleansing beforehand to the actual micro needling and then the calming face mask after! I travelled from London to see Alex for the first time today and the journey was SO worth it. It was my first time having filler and I was a little nervous, but Alex immediately put me at ease. She's super knowledgeable and her approach feels very much centred around tackling the things that are bothering you, not creating new insecurities (which has unfortunately happened to me with other practitioners). Alex took the time to explain everything in a good amount of detail and make sure I felt comfortable before she began the treatments.
