My first facial with Sophie. As I entered the clinic I was wowed at the crisp clean lines to the reception area, it was pristine and very welcoming. Sophie, the owner greeted me and took me upstairs to the treatment room, where she asked various skin related questions to ascertain what I was looking for, as her facials are all bespoke. Sophie then started to work her magic. She did explain each step but I relaxed and left her to it. I would thoroughly recommend her, she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Sophie 💜

Great facials and brow service from Tia Everything was very relaxing and she made me feel at ease. Very happy with the bespoke facial, dermaplaning was definitely a great advice and my skin feels new and refreshed. I trusted her with my brows as well, and they were perfectly waxed and shaped! I had the Decaar Breath of Life facial with Kate and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish it was deeply relaxing, soothing, and such a treat for the senses — the products smell amazing and feel so luxurious on the skin. Kate is truly exceptional at what she does: calm, knowledgeable, and so attentive. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely unwound. I can’t recommend this treatment, or Kate, highly enough.

Natasha is amazing, I’ve got complex skin with many different things going on including acne, pigmentation and broken veins. Natasha did the most wonderful bespoke treatment including peels and laser to address all of my concerns, the treatment was so thorough and mindfully thought out and done. Best experience I’ve ever had with a medical facial, and I have had lots over the years. If you are struggling with your skin she is the lady to see! Looking forward to my next visit.

Michael was really welcoming, and did an in-depth consultation about my skin concerns/hopes. He explained the treatment beforehand and as the facial went along, checking that I was comfortable throughout. The products used felt lovely, with gorgeous, natural aromas. A lovely, calming atmosphere. Visible results; looking forward to rebooking.

Lovely inviting space with a really nice relaxing vibe.The treatments are very good and up to date on trend and really good.I had a hypu facial,the face lift without any kind of surgical process Rachel is so professional and talked through each stage of the treatment,and although a little uncomfortable its (nothing other than feelings of having a day in the sunshine, on the beach) happy with the services offered at the salon,clean warm friendly space that is relaxed and makes me feel pampered.I can't wait for my next treatments.

Another fantastic treatment by the lovely Lin . Had a lift & sculpt facial using her tropics skin collection,Smells amazing. Totally relaxing, so much care & consideration goes into her treatments from the moment you arrive. The senses are treated to an assortment of , steam , cold globes , gentle massage , plus a heated bed . This is definitely one of my favourites but to be honest only just as every treatment I’ve had has been wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit .

Such a wonderful evening of being pampered in a beautiful, calm and peaceful setting. I enjoyed two treatments from Lucy and they were both amazing. My manicure was perfect; Lucy paid so much attention to detail and even gave me advice for aftercare at home. The Time Defence facial was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels radiant after my treatment. I have been visiting Alison and now had five sessions. My first visit was due to a bad reaction to retinol from a product where I didn’t read the instructions! I was in @ really bad way. Terrible itching, redness, swollen and a completely ruined skin barrier. With all the treatment and advice that Alison has given me, I am happy to say that my barrier is now repaired and my skin looks better than has done in the last 20 years. Today I had a signature facial which was the most luxurious facial I have ever had. I am going to visit once a month to now keep on top of my beauty! So many thanks.x

She always explains everything in great detail and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed when having my treatment. I can honestly say my skin looks so much better for having the treatments. Absolutely amazing! Incredibly experienced and relaxing treatment and experience. I've left the area, but made the effort to travel 45 minutes to come back for my treatments and will continue to, it's well worth the effort as a rare gem. I've rebooked my next visit.
