Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

Had a great experience from the moment I entered the door. The staff were all lovely and I'm so happy with my haircut. My hairdresser Sim listened to what I wanted and clearly explained what would and wouldn't work, then delivered the most amazing haircut.

Dr Katherine is the very best! She always listens to what I am looking to achieve and always gives very genuine recommendations. She is also very caring and takes time with her treatments! I visited Halo Glow to have a classic set of lashes done by Helen and I had such a great and welcoming experience. First, the view from the studio is amazing and faces the riverside. Second, Helen is very professional and caters to your request which was reassuring for me. Finally, She's gentle and very knowledgeable in her approach. Went in for a quick facial. The lady was super attentive making sure i was comfortable accommodating my fussy questions and movements.
