Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

Love this place and love the girls that work there . I had such a lovely experience today at my lash appointment. Natalie was so hospitable and attentive toward me and my daughter, she made us feel right at home. My lashes look just how I wanted them, I showed her a picture and she really delivered on exactly how I wanted them. I couldn’t be happier! 5* service with a smile and great conversation. Would highly recommend!

I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip.
