The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

My first time having filler. Rachel has been administering Botox for me for a few years now. As usual she was her wonderful kind self, guiding me through the process. Brilliant, Julia is sensitive to giving treatment around the eyes. Had eye lash and brow shape n tint, first time ever its not stinged!

First visit to Julia, made me feel very welcome, lovely relaxing treatment room, amazing!

I had my first appointment with Julia today, and I was completely blown away. Julia's space is so lovely, with a window looking up to the sky you can enjoy whilst receiving your treatment. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable in her room. Julia took the time to explain everything to me and her skin care knowledge is incredible. Her attention to detail was amazing and my skin felt so rejuvenated afterwards. Such a reasonable price too. I will definitely be back, thankyou so much Julia.
