Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

I’ve visited Polishing and Plumper for the third time, and I’ve always had a really great experience at this salon. Today, Hamama did my waxing, and she did an excellent job. I originally came just for waxing, but I also got my eyebrows done because I really liked her work. I’m especially happy with my acrylics—Tom did an amazing job, even better than I expected. Tom did my mum’s gel french manicure and pedicure and my French manicure. We are both very happy with the results. Tom spent a long time making sure I was happy with it and did an excellent job! Tom was lovely and I will definitely be coming again!
