Really friendly and chatty but as we were talking I hadn't realised that I'd paid for full leg including bikini and the lady only waxed my legs, no bikini line so felt a bit like I'd paid for part of a service that I hadn't received and therefore was a bit disappointed and felt it was a bit expensive as a result. The service was great in salon and during treatment apart from that.

I’ve had bad experiences at other salons in the past and usually feel quite uncomfortable, but Nina completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my face threading and first bikini wax appointment. The whole experience was seamless and surprisingly pain-free.
