I went in tonight for the 30 Minute Infrared Sauna (Suite 2) + Complimentary Waterfall Bucket and I left feeling incredible! Everyone at Ritual was so friendly and it was such a relaxing experience. I will be back to try some different services 100%. :)

I had the pleasure of visiting Ritual for a infrared + red light therapy sauna and a golden hour facial. The sauna was quite intriguing, but very comfortable and it gave me a sense of "cleansing". The golden hour facial was quite rejuvenating, it is a vitamin C facial and the mask is quite strong, however my skin is not sensitive so to me this facial was relatively soothing. The facilities are well maintained and the staff was really sweet and friendly! I had a great experience!

From the time I entered until I left I felt taken care of! The private sauna and cold plunge is such a cool experience and I loved the privacy of it all. Also, highly recommend getting a massage with Fred! His techniques are very effective and I left there feeling extremely relaxed!! 🫶🏻

Bruna and her team are simply wonderful and very welcoming. Taking care of everything to make your self care experience the best! I had a buccal massage with Louisa and she has the magic touch! I look 10 years younger :) plus the sauna with green light therapy to finish my visit was just what I needed and will be coming back more often to maintain this feeling of rejuvenation, recharge and peace within! Thank you for creating this incredible place for me and others! ❤️

Such an amazing space, and the staff are so welcoming! The hot and cold therapy room is the perfect layout for someone looking for some personal time. The water temperature was perfect, and I love the built in blue tooth speakers in the sauna!

Ritual has & always will be one of my favourite places. The shift to wellness makes total sense if you know Bruna at all. It definitely feels like an extension of her heart ♥️ My partner & I took the day to come down from Waterdown, ON, spent the first half of our time in the sauna/cold plunge(sooo fantastic) then tried out the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage. We were NOT disappointed. The staff & the atmosphere were so inviting, professional & kind. I would 💯 recommend Ritual to anyone who is interested in improving their mindset, personal wellness, & consider self care a priority

I had such a relaxing and purifying experience at Ritual. It was a perfect self-care morning; sauna with red light therapy and a brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I left feeling and looking so much lighter and happier overall. A tired new mom with a 4-month old, this was exactly what I needed to kickstart my postpartum healing and feeling better about myself and my body! Highly recommend - Exceptional staff, service and expertise! Had a wonderful experience after my recent visit to Ritual Beauty. I booked in for the sauna and cold plunge, followed by a facial. I loved using the sauna/cold plunge - was extremely relaxing, private & clean. Aldijana did my facial and she was amazing! She was extremely thorough/detail oriented removing every blackhead, even customizing the treatment for my skin. Aldijana took the time after the facial to share a list of recommended products for my skin, which I’m excited to try out. Thank you again.

We did couples sauna and cold plunge and it was amazing. We hooked up our blue tooth and played spa music and had such a relaxing experience. Towels and tea provided. Brenda was so kind. The price was also so reasonable. Would definitely reccommend!

I found the setting for the infrared sauna to be comfortable and effective, and I was clearly introduced to how it works. The shower was comfortable and the towels were plentiful. It would be helpful to have a stool to sit on to put clothes on and dedicated hooks for clothing.

This place is great. It was my first time, and I did the infra red sauna with cold plunge with my husband for a Father's Day surprise. The place is very welcoming and super clean. I highly recommend the infrared sauna and cold plunge because we were soo relaxed afterwards. I can't wait to book again.

Sauna was amazing as usual. The only thing a little surprising was the tip suggestion screen upon checkout. I didn't see any therapist so I was just a little surprised that a tip was suggested for a sauna visit, which made the single visit with tax and tip almost $90. But aside from that, always love lite mind body. :)

Cool, clean, modern spa. Friendly staff, very helpful and very kind. Sauna and plunge pool were top shape, new and super clean. Awesome iPad/Spotify/built in speaker system which I never expected. Get's you in your own perfect mood to relax. Great price too, lI oved it and will make it a regular experience!

Fantastic! The clinic was calming, serene, very clean with great energy. The sauna was hot, cozy and relaxing. The staff were soft spoken and very kind. Mary was phenomenal. She explained what she was doing and what to expect while doing acupuncture. She made the experience very comfortable for me. Thanks Lite Mind Body!
