Brilliant! What I appreciated most was the Katherine’s attention to detail and ability to find the problem spots without me having to say a word. My range of motion improved immediately, and I left feeling refreshed, with much less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This was honestly one of the best sports massages I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tension or looking to improve mobility. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. I feel like a new woman 🥰. Thank you Gabby, I'll be back 💆‍♀️

This was my first experience with Jaz and certainly won’t be my last. She is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Absolutely brilliant experience. Never had a sports massage before but I will definitely return. Went in for a massage targeting the hamstrings, ended up with a full body sports massage that felt like no other massage I had before. Josh is very easy to talk to and has a lot of knowledge when comes up to muscles. Definitely recommend. Cheers mate💪💪

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! She also gave me lots of recommendations to help ease my sciatica and strengthen the muscles in my back - Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, the best in the biz!
