A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

I feel really lucky to have found Phoebe for massage therapy. I feel like I am walking on air after each session and I always leave with a new piece of knowledge or something to explore. Phoebe has given me the confidence to try new therapies and I am really enjoying both cupping and acupuncture. She is very skilled, passionate and knowledgeable. Had my first sports massage with Gabs today. She was so knowledgeable and thorough and talked me through everything she was doing and spent extra time on the areas that needed lots of work on. I would definitely recommend, she’s so lovely and made me feel so at ease!

I have been to see Gabs twice now and I will 100% be returning! I have always been nervous about the idea of having a sports massage, but Gabs creates such a welcoming environment and made me feel at ease. You can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does and really cares about her clients. Her knowledge is great and I really liked that she was happy to explain her technique. She also took the time at the end of my massage to show me some stretches which will help target my issue and support my recovery. Would highly recommend!

Another fab sports massage concentrating on the shoulders. Also tried out cupping to release some extra tension. Thank you, rebooked.
