Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. As a sports massage therapist, I can say the pressure Lexi applied was spot on! Deep but yet so relaxing… had a great sleep after my treatment. Thank you very much Lexi 😊 xx

Another great sports massage with Lauren. Local and professional. Best way to describe is my regular factory reset. Targeted aches in back are dealt with every time and I am good to go again. Regular massage is recommended as helps long term. Didn't think it would help me but does every time

The room was lovely & relaxing, the couch was lovely & warm, dimmed lights & relaxing music, also gave me time to take my time at the end which I find super important after a deep tissue massage. I can't recommend Lauren enough. I went in with a few ongoing aches and tight spots from training, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and listened to. She really knows her stuff—not just going through the motions, but actually explaining what’s going on and working through it with real care. The massage itself was exactly what I needed: firm where it needed to be, but never painful or rushed. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and just better. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does and really wants to help people move and feel their best.

Absolutely brilliant. Having had sports massage or some form of therapy for 15 years I can say Louise is the best. A superior blend of knowledge and techniques.

Two incredible massages. Louise is not only so knowledgable, but has also created a wonderful and relaxing environment. I could feel instant results from my sports massage, and couldn’t believe the difference the next day after my lymphatic drainage. Would highly recommend.
