Koji did an amazing job treating my long-term wrist injury. He thoroughly massaged the entire area surrounding the problem, and the intense treatment significantly loosened the lump on my wrist. What was once hard, painful, and restrictive now feels noticeably softer, less painful and more flexible. I highly recommend him!

Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

I injured my wrist during martial arts a year ago. Doctors couldn't find the issue despite X-rays, an MRI, and anti-inflammatory tablets. A cyst restricted my thumb's movement, and specialists said stretching was my only option. Koji quickly identified that my entire arm was affected, not just my wrist. After a 45-minute pressure-point massage, I felt relaxed, regained mobility, and my cyst shrank within hours. What hadn’t healed in a year, Koji fixed in one session. Highly professional and skilled, he treats the whole issue, not just one spot.

Koji is very meticulous. This was my first visit. Based on my concerns, he provided a comprehensive assessment and observation. He performed massages tailored to the issues. After the session, my shoulders, lower back, and neck felt completely relaxed. Very nice!！

Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. I’ve been seeing Koji in my second pregnancy and he’s been able to address tension and tightness in my hips and glutes, as well as whole body. Kohtaro has been great too, helping to address aches and pains after the birth of my first child. Overall the most professional and caring massages!

The remedial massage was very professional and extremely effective, Mr Ryo has really helped me with my issues. Highly recommended for a sports/deep tissue massage. I’m impressed with the very high standards and will be back! Update: I’ve been back and can recommend the services even more!

If you are reading this review, book in immediately! They are highly knowledgeable, respectful and skilled in what they do. I just had a deep tissue massage with Ryo and will never go anywhere else again. I walked in hunched with frozen shoulders and walked out floating on a cloud with excellent posture. Relaxing and clean environment too.

Absolutely incredible experience. Ryo took the time to talk through where I was experiencing pain and was so lovely, I was immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in. The massage was extremely relaxing as he worked through all the problem areas then I enjoyed a yummy cup of chamomile tea.
