My experience today at DBK Bayview with Raffi was absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours together styling, coloring, conditioning and shaping and this was the first time he undoubtedly worked his master creative hair stylist and colorist magic on my naturally curly hair! His massages are out of this world and when I asked him to explain the treatment plan, I was truly amazing at his knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Raffi. The salon is stylish and clean. I was thankful the hairdresser took me in on short notice and she was very nice and friendly. However, I did not really like the cut I had as I feel the layers I got were very choppy, and the style felt outdated compared to the photo I used as reference. Also other hairdressers use heat protection product before blow drying or heat styling, and show the back of the hair with a mirror after the cut is done. With some more training the overall experience will be great!
