My daughter’s (11) first full hairdresser experience. Keira was great she was so attentive, listened to my daughter, took her time and gave all the fun experiences of a salon. My daughter came out grinning from ear to ear super happy with her experience, the curls, the cut, everything. Amazing Salon! I’ve really struggled to find a descent salon local to me, but Flappers is worth the drive. The balliage result was amazing with beautiful tonal fade, and very natural. Louise cut layers in to my thick curly hair to give shape and bounce to my curls. (Where my hair had grown out it used to resemble a triangle!) I found other salons relied heavily on thinning scissors which is not what I wanted when I say ‘layers’, so I’m very happy with my hair now and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was so tense before the full body massage and during the massage I could feel slight pops in my muscles and afterwards I bent down and touched my toes for the first time in a long time. I feel so much better, will definitely do this again. I highly recommend the full body massage.

Francesco cut my hair and I am very happy, I usually have my hair coloured every other visit and again I am always happy with it. I LOVE the way Jemma cuts, blowdrys and straightens my hair with such care,, and she also does the best wash and condition that I have ever had at any Salon (in some salons it just seems a rush job). Jemma has done my hair twice now and you now have me as a permanent customer. 5 Star service!.
