Melanie is amazing from start to finish! She really listened to my son, made him feel comfortable, and put his nerves at ease. As a teenage boy, trying a new salon can be tough, but Melanie made the experience easy and positive. He got exactly what he asked for. She is personable, patient, and professional. He will definitely be going back.

Another amazing lymphatic session done by Alley! I am once again, a literal speck of dust, i went to Alley needing serious help with post period bloating and water retention and that girl did MAGIC with her Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I always feel so good in my body after a session with Alley, she’s attentive and caring and has all the perfect little touches to make your treatment memorable and comforting, not only that but any bloating is completely GONE once she’s done. Nobody does my hair as well as Lia. The ladies here are the best in their craft. I won't even bother going into Boston or any other city again. The quality in service and true hospitality cannot be replicated. Any other salon I've ever been to anywhere just does not measure up. Thank you ladies for always keeping me looking my best. I leave as a new person every time! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I tell everyone I know to come here. This is the salon to choose. Period!

I took my two daughters to Helena Alves Salon and we had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, especially with the kids. They made my girls feel comfortable and took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The salon was clean and well-organized, and the results came out great. My daughters loved their hair! I highly recommend this salon for both kids and adults—we’ll definitely be coming back.
