First time coming to Ellie and the experience was amazing! I’ve had multiple consultations regarding my hair with other salons and due to buildup of very dark brown box dye got told the most I could get done was highlights or they wouldn’t work with my hair at all Ellie on the other hand put me at ease and knew what I wanted without me having to over explain myself (I wanted to go back to my natural colour-mid ash brown as I’ve had enough of doing my roots) the salon atmosphere is private and comfortable perfect if you are a hijabi aswell and I honestly can’t be any happier

Rachel is literally the best! She takes the time to understand what you want and explains all the options. The salon is warm and inviting and Rachel makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Rachel uses high quality products that smell amazing-I love my hair colour and my hair is so silky and smooth, I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Gemma was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, kind, professional. After not having my hair coloured or cut for over 6 months, Gemma took her time to get my hair back to looking great. Applying the colour, then a gloss, discussing different hair treatments and products. Then carrying out such a good cut and blow dry. It didn't feel rushed which was a real treat.
