5/5 experience every time I definitely recommend! Zilim is truly the best. She done my 1st balayage 2 years ago and I was worried continuous treatment would damage my natural type 4a hair. But my hair has remained healthy and is flourishing! I’m very indecisive when it comes to choosing my toner, but Zilim’s thorough approach of showing you different tones and the outcome if you mix tones, always helps and always comes out perfectly! Great service, you even get complimentary drinks!

Rachel has been doing my hair for maybe 12 years or more. I wouldn't let anyone else cut and colour my hair! Her advice is always spot on and she takes a real pride in her work. London salon quality!

I absolutely love going to Essence Hair treatment. The staff are friendly, professional and very talented. Had the nanoplasty for my hair. Nothing has worked to tackle my unruly, dry, brittle hair. But this treatment has done wonders for my hair. It feels nourished and revitalised. I always leave this place feeling better. Thank you for providing a superb service, best place in Luton for hair!

Had my hair done with Gurj for the first time but it felt as if I've known her the longest time, shes so lovely and so welcoming! Had a cut and colour done after 4yrs and i wasnt disappointed with the result, i was skeptical about the colour i had chosen but she exceeded my expections and i absolutely loved what she did!

I’ve been getting my haircut a while with Zilim and everytime leave feeling very happy and confident. The condition of my hair has massively been improved since Zilim started teaching me how to care for it better. I recently had a wash, cut, and blow dry with Gurj, and it was such a lovely experience! She gave me an amazing consultation, really listening to what I wanted and offering helpful advice for my hair. The cut turned out great, and my hair felt so smooth and looked amazing after the blow dry. Gurj was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall a lovely experience from the first point of contact right through to the appointment. My daughter is over the moon with her hair. Annie is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. She is very knowledgeable and offered her opinion on what she thought would be beneficial for my daughters hair and it turned out amazing. Her prices are very reasonable especially with the quality of her work. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

I have been getting my hair done from this lovely lady since 2023. She has completely transformed my hair, it’s never looked better. I take my laptop, and can work throughout my appointment, i always feel comfortable, and feel Gurj really understands what I want to achieve. The aftercare is 10/10, I get practical advice and tips on how to maximise my colour and hair care. Had my balayage done again today, and I received so many compliments. Worth every penny and Highly recommend!
